Frequently asked questions

The price is the same for all services: 44 € per hour. A fixed 5.90 € travel fee is added to each visit. The minimum charge is 1 hour, after which we charge for the actual working time in started 15-minute periods (11 € / 15 min). When you order, a hold is placed on your card for the estimated time, and the final charge is based on the actual working time. If the job needs more time, we ask for your approval before any extra charge. One visit can last up to 6 hours.

All services have a minimum charge of one hour. If the helper arrives but the job cannot be done for a reason on the customer's side or at the site, we charge the one-hour minimum and the 5.90 € travel fee. If the reason is on our side, you are not charged anything.

Then we call you right away and offer a new time or another helper. You will not be left waiting at an empty door.

Furniture assembly, cleaning, yard work and organising qualify for the Finnish household tax deduction (kotitalousvähennys) when the work is done in your home. Moving help, carrying help and errands usually do not qualify. When the job is done, you get a receipt with the labour share itemised. Not necessarily. You can arrange a key handover and sign off the work afterwards.

You can cancel your order free of charge in your account until the helper has set off to you.
